Acosta Danza, with the general direction of the first dancer Carlos Acosta, will present its new season "Abriles", on April 14, 15 and 16, in the Avellaneda Hall of the National Theater.
The show, conceived as a celebration of young people, will have as its main attraction the performance of the company's new generation of dancers, all of whom have graduated from the Acosta Danza Academy. The artists will perform, among other pieces, two well-known choreographies from the repertoire: Interpreted World, by the Brazilian Juliano Nunes and Híbrido, by the Cuban creator Norge Cedeño. Both works address the cultural universe of Cuba, the richness of its rhythms, its worries, hopes and joys, from different perspectives and styles.
The functions of "Abriles" will be at 7:30 pm on Friday and Saturday and at 5:00 pm on Sunday. Tickets will be on sale from Tuesday, April 11, from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
